I was in the woods and all of a sudden I saw a fox, I was fond of his appearance. It looked at me and it let out this loud yelp. I jumped back and fell in the rushing river, it took me down. The fox was extraordinary, it had some really cool skills. I looked at him as he stood up like a human and I gasped when he grabbed a vine and threw it to me. I grabbed it and pulled as hard as I could. He spoke, “Hurry up.” Then, he said, “Get up quick or else you will be dead by the time you reach the bottom of the rock.” I followed his directions. Thirty minutes later, I finally caught up with him. He made me feel intimidated. He said, “Get up you're safe now” and I replied, “Thank you Mr. Fox.” He said that wasn’t his name and instead, told me that it was Sash Wilde. I told him that was a nice name and he asked me what my name was. I said that I am Elisha Kurtz.
Me and the fox walked through the woods to find a way home, we hoped that it would stop raining. We found a unique looking cabin, but it was locked. I tried to pick the lock with a skinny little metal rod, it looked like a coat hanger. I picked it up, put it into the lock, and went to work. I heard a click and finally, the door opened. Sash said, “Let's go, it is cold out here.” The place was trashed and I went to the fireplace. I saw that it was full of soot and it smelled like wet wood. I threw the dirt outside of the cabin. Sash went into the woods where he caught some rabbits and fish. I was grateful because fish is my favorite. I cooked the fish and it turned out to be a good meal. Sash asked me, “Why did you come into the woods?” I told him, “I came to find out where the crashing sound came from. I couldn't find it, but instead I found you when you made me fall into the river.” Sash apologized and I accepted it. All of sudden, we felt a shake in the ground.
I grabbed my bow and arrow, preparing to fire. I went outside and looked around, but all I saw was this big, ugly monster. It looked at me as it made a demonic growl. I pointed the arrow at his face and aimed at him five times when finally he fell to the ground. I got my binoculars out to get a better look at his face, it was horrifying. Sash said, ”Let's go, before the hideous monster regenerates himself back to life.” I replied with, “Okay let's go now, Sash.” We quickly ran out of there as fast as we could. We finally got out of the woods and we were so relieved, but we didn’t realize there were monsters everywhere. The Gates of Hell had just opened. I was terrified, but if I didn’t go after them, they would kill us. There was a gun shop close by and we got a lot of weapons. Then, we found a replica of the car from Mad Max.
The next morning, we had to move fast before they noticed us. Unfortunately, one of the demons saw us so, we put the car into gear and sped off. One of the demons latched on to the car, so Sash grabbed one of the weapons and aimed at it. I screamed out when I saw it fall on the ground. One of the demons punctured our tires and all of a sudden, the car did a barrel roll on the ground. We hit a light pole, injuring us really bad. I had a gash across my face and I was bleeding. Sash helped me by putting a piece of gauze on the cut and he taped it to ensure that it would not fall off. While Sash was doing this, I heard another survivor in the distance, there were loud pops and smashes that indicated they were fighting off demons. All that was left was was me, Sash, and the stranger. We continued to fight on. Many gruesome hours later, they were all defeated.
I turned to the stranger and asked him what his name was. He said, “Shammies Jackson, but you can call me Jack.” He glanced at the gash on my face and asked me if I was okay. I felt fine, but he told me that it would need some stitches. I agreed to it and he put the first stitch in my face. I screamed out, “Oh sweet cheese and crackers that hurts!” To try to numb the pain, he passed me a vodka bottle and I grabbed it angrily. In the end, we all made it out alive and tried to make our adventure live on.
